wedding dolls + ang bao box + heels

heels + wedding dolls + ang bao box

this is like my 5th post today liao.... hahaha.... cos been really busy with wedding preparation and wasnt really in the mood to blog for the last one or so week.... but that doesnt mean i have nothing to blog about... in fact, i have so many so many things to blog about that i feel that i can have at least 10 entries today since i m feeling great with the 11 hours of sleep last night and also the peace of mind that everything has been settled (i hope) and crossing our fingers that there will be no more hiccups or changes to the wedding ceremony TOMORROW....

anyway, i just finished pasting the studs on my wedding shoes this afternoon... had planned to do this months ago after i saw this picture online

but dili- deli till today... hahaha... but cannot dun do cos xinying will kill me if i din do cos she purposely requested her friend's friend to make a pair of wedding dolls with "I do" on groom doll's shoes cos bride doll's shoes will be covered by the dress...
but if i paste it at the bottom of the shoes, nobody else can see them.... and the shoes are not that clean too as i had worn it once to fort canning (read 'soil + mud') for our photoshoot by choon long... so after discussing with Mr Ang last night, i decided to just paste it like this... so everyone can see that i m so super eager to say 'I do' ... hahahaha....

next, using this photo above or one of them from this series, xinying ordered a pair of knitted wedding dolls from Julie's Handmade...

Cute right???? and according to her blog, this is the first short hair bride doll she has ever made... hahaha... more pictures of the doll can be found at http://jullieteo.blogspot.com/2010/12/new-hairstyles-for-lovely-brides.html

and since i have some studs left over from my wedding shoes project, i decided to have it on the bride doll as well... so not fair that the groom doll has but not the bride doll when in reality, it's the bride's shoes that will be having them so who cares if they will be covered by the dress...hahaha....

pretty pretty ang bao box, hand made by claire and she even delivered it personally to my place this afternoon cos she is scared that she might not be able to reach early tmr before all the relatives and guest as she has to attend to her prince and princess first.

Hi,

the ang bao box was a gift from a good friend. She's a primary school art teacher who is super talented.
