Around Stanley Town

This is a very small town with approx 500 inhabitants as of the last census in 2006... that's like the number of people living in one hdb block in singapore la...

this is the welcoming street of Stanley town where our accommodation is located ...=)

bird eye view of the whole town from the chairlift up the NUT

envy the town so much to have such a beautiful beach in their backyard la

and not to mention having  the NUT  as their 'stadium' for their daily walk/run

anyway, this is a must go destination for a good meal if you pop by Stanley town, not only because it is one of the few that are in operation, but because the food is really really good....

look how short their working hours for the whole week are!!!!!

best garlic bread i had ever had.... toasted crispy yet so soft and melty that it 'flowed' all over my hand.... oopx....

their steak that looked like the NUT and yuan commented that it was even better than the famous one we had at Black Cow

pork something something for me that was super yummilious too.... it was so good that i even ate the super fatty layer of FATS... oopx...

dessert that consisted of a unique blend of volka + espresso + lime with vanilla ice-cream... weird yet intriguing enough to go for the next mouthful and the next....

ice-cream within 2 slices of brownie

vanilla milk shake that comes in 2 vessels... i usually just poured everything into the bigger one and drank it from there...

Mr Ang stealing a sip ... =S
