we were 'self-invited' for their yummilious scones....

i ordered the blueberry lemon scone and it was heavenly yummzzz...

Papa Teo & his princess

Next stop - Mondo Nougat

2nd Sept was Father's Day in Australia hence this little post on the door

burnt another aud$70 on 'tidbits' ... nougats were @ aud$10/ pack and the peanut crunch were at aud$6 / box
these were left after the first round of sharing... =P

a leisure walk @ Burns beach just behind the teo's apartment

Lunch was @ Hilliarys Boat Habour

where i had Singapore Curry Mee for aud$13

Then it was back to Teo's apartment for a nap ... my kind of holiday.... wahahahaha ...

Baby Teo's temperature rise towards the evening... must have gotten some of my ill bug ... so we decided to stay in for the whole night... much to my pleasure ... i really dun like the low temperature in Perth ... =S

so Chunyang and I walked out to pack Jap food for dinner... yummmzzz

my taste-bud is truly Asian..... that's y i always say i can never migrate or work full time or study in western countries ... but on second thought, maybe i should... cos confirm can lose weight or learn how to cook Asian dishes which are 2 things which will never happen when i'm base in Singapore... =D

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thankfully, this little puff woke up perfectly fine the next morning...
but we still decided to stay in.... better not take risk ... doctor/ clinic / healthcare in Perth not as patient friendly as here...
lunch was @ a nearby Vietnamese eatery
luv the bbq pork but not so much into the cold noodles ... and oh mine... the portion was huge.. could easily feed 2 pax
then it was back to the apartment to nua more and to get ready for my flight back...and my farewell super early dinner at 5pm was bak kut teh, homecooked by Papa Teo...
Bye Bye to my favourite Teo family.....
See ya in March 2018.... =*
Day 2 in Perth - Lobster Shack, Pinnacles & shopping
@ Lobster Shack for lunch after a 2 hour drive....
 fresh, juicy lobster with fried rice... so yummz, i cleared every bits of it.. =D
and another 15 minutes drive, we reached the Pinnacles, a desert filled with thousands of limestones pillars, some reaching to a height of 3.5 metres....
while others were shorter than baby Desiree who was super intrigued by them... she would stop in her path to stare and 'orh' at these shorties... wahahahaha..... Papa Teo, why u no camera ready enough to capture her shock expression?!?!?!?!
ALERT: spamming my favourite baby's pics... =D
she also knows how to roll eyes (or was it just the moment of the shot)... wahahahaha
she's really a happy baby.... i like happy babies....
Papa Teo never read signage ... =P
While Papa Teo was doing his job as a OOTD hubby, i tried my best to take a selfie with my cutesy pie ... can see that i failed miserably la...
trying very hard to be korea-ee love. .. failed big time.... it's supposed to be 2 fingers not three!!! =S
if only i am as slim as my shadow..... =D
Lucky us (me) spotted a kangaroo munching away in the wild.... =D
Yeah to a successful wefie with the teos... =D
2 hours drive back and we ended the day with dinner at the mall near to the Teo's apartment
 萌萌哒 waiting for her dinner!!!
one of the yummiest sweet potato fries i have tried with 200g of chicken tigh (which they called parmy) grilled with ham & cheese....
then i had quite an unique shopping experience of being in a huge-ass mall (Lakeside Shopping Centre) where all shops, except the 4 mega marts; Target, Big W, Coles and Woolworths, were closed after we finished dinner @ approx 5+pm ... thumbs up to work life balance and family time every night in Australia... =*
and omg, even with only the mega marts opened, i spent aud$50 on chocolates and Tim Tam... but i chose those that i think are not sold in Singapore de la....
