an eventful first day of the hol with a morning hike to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve 

brunch with the RSS gang @ Spruce Fire Station

popped by Mab's place to experiment on resin... not that fantastic result but it was fun enough for us to want to buy more silicon mold and glitter to experiment more on it... hee

went home and made milo lava cake with 蔡妈咪... a success oh... see that thick flowy milo.... yum yum yum ... 

so my style of cooking though... ugly but edible... wahahahaha

Julia & Cherandy represented our Professional Learning Team to share on our Music & Art collaboration -  teach the P1 kiddos on Pitch, Ostinato and Abstract Art using Kandinsky's Composition VIII as an inspiration during our annual Promising Practices segment on Affirmation Day.... 

A colleague feedbacked that our project was an inspiring and thoughtful collaboration... =) 

This encouraged me enough to want to do more of this and to do more of that for next year so that we, the AM Queens, will win the team OCA award of $1500... wahahahaha... 

A big thank you to Ai Rin for nominating me for this year's SAC teacher of the year award and equally big thank you to all who had voted for me... 😍😍😍

Lunch was in this pretty pretty good quality bento box which i know Alfred will luv luv... =)

PAM ladies celebrated huifang's hatchday

the annual year-end craft activity for this year's affirmation & reflection was clay figurine and aluminium wires on canvas... 

i had the privilege of having one whole canvas to myself... i'm the yellow dancing botak head who's super happy with the art & music collaboration this year... =) 

the wire represented the situation we faced this year in our work... well, i enjoyed circuit breaker lots actually as i had lots of me (candy) time and because of that, many many teaching ideas managed to pop into my head... =) 

xmas came early... =)

 i worked more than the daily hours required to complete the Primary 1 PAL Reflection Booklet for 7 lessons in Term 1... woohoo !!!

HIP drilling could be heard the whole day... traumatized the pups so much that they were peeing EVERYWHERE... i cleaned until super pek chek, i wrapped their butt butt in diapers.... =S

but once they got used to the drilling and to my songs at maximum volume, they slept as if the surrounding noise was lullaby ... 

popped by NTUC after dinner... 

the pups enjoying their new treat treat.. =)

received happy news that my J & J scored A and A* for their Science... so proud of them and so happy for them and of me too... heee

couldnt help but check on my spending after hearing this conversation between the delivery pair from Shopee... =S

old bird : must take a picture of the item against the unit number

old bird : if she's not around, just push the window and drop the item through the window grill, there's a sofa there...

old bird : she's a regular. i called her a couple of times in the last few weeks...

today was supposed to be work from home day but it became a work on home day cos these canvas prints that i ordered arrived... pretty pretty pretty... =D

net was up yesterday, mat was laid this afternoon...

yet i received a call to say the upgrade in home sweet home has been postponed till further notice due to delay in material shipment... why oh why???

saw this almost perfect Y branch just outside school and dragged it into my artroom... wahahahaha... 

gonna twist many many pipe cleaners on it and let kids hang the origamis they made during early finisher time... =) 

干杯 to the HOLS... Woohoo !!!

it was the first day of work from home this work week... was initially super happy to be able to wake up at 8.15am for a work day that started at 8.30am... until i saw the morning 'gift' that brownie left for me... =S 

why does she like to eat the toilet paper so much??? 

腰酸背痛 from the whole day of online meetings... just not used to it... I AM SO GLAD my job allows me to walk walk around and about... =)

also regretted the lunch i ordered to comfort myself for surviving the first half of the meeting... was in a super food coma state... totally lost 1/3 into the training after lunch... zzzZZZZZ...

totally not helping were these two 'co-workers' for the day... 

woke up to see brownie testing out the new apartment she co-shares with snowy... =) 

luv this furry ball of fur much much... luv the window too ...=D

woke up to this sweet cutie pie

forced her to try out her new apartment... =)

with Claire @ Sage Artelier to assist to make these 3 xmas trees... so very 的 fun... 

then met up with MX for lunch @ Ichibon, Novena

before heading to Showers of Love

to attend the wake of zhuan's father... 

intimate + focus only on the essential + origami = an arrangement which i want for myself when the time comes... on top of that, i would only want the people i love to 'see' for the last time to turn up...

it's me me day today... happiness... spent bulk of the day measuring here, measuring there, sketching this corner, sketching that corner, browsing and surfing here, there, everywhere... am having lots of fun with this Home Improvement Program + mini renovation there after... =D

cute cute photo-bomber duo that popped up one after another like 地鼠 the moment they saw me 趴趴 - ing on the bed trying to take a pic of the new pups' corner that are put together with the filing cabinets which are no longer in need...  

touched up my cactus painting which i couldnt complete at Sage Artelier last week because i was just too talkative... =S

my stash of sincere and well-worded gratitude from my kiddos on the last day of school... =) 

returned this pack of love as it was way too expensive ... a stack of notebook + a box full of coloured pens from muji... i kept the card though... =) 

it's the last day of school.... and the AM Queens celebrated it with yummy yummy hotpot buffet 

2 hours of shiok shiok food coma after that... =P 

white box from shopee that housed the ugly extension plug arrived... =)

三四宝 came to take all the weights back to woodlands so 顺便 asked them to help me shift the white cabinet into the bed haven corner... =)

pre painting site inspection ... got quoted $1600 for whole house painting (inclusive of removing all the decals & wall paper) + removal of storeroom door, its door frame & shelves + rewiring of main bedroom light... 

still love the Rayon "farmhouse green" as the accent wall colour in each room... but having second thoughts on choosing Mobe Pearl as the main colour of home sweet home... 

also having second thoughts on where the accent wall should be in my room and the learning hook...  

yummy chicken from the soup restaurant and ice cream from cream in a cup to end this cold cold night...

Thankful for the breakfast from Julia and Jing Xuan for ordering Starbucks in... 

else i would have 饿死 on this busy busy high adrenaline packed day... came home, crashed...zzzZZZ...

too much adrenaline till i didnt wanna stop my PPT creation until they were more or less in a format that i wanted by 7am this morning... took a nap and woke up at 10+am to complete all 7 of them... i really enjoy lesson flow prep ... =)

finally have the time & mood to upcycle the dark fruit apple cider bottle with jute twine... =D
