Cai Mummy's happening in Term 1

accompanied 蔡妈咪 for Dr Leong's consultation on the status of her left lung ... super happy to hear that the lump was successfully removed/reduced from the 3 sessions of radiotherapy she went through last december.... =)  

Had lunch at 聚豪 Square 2 and she luv luv the 酸辣汤... =)

thanks to Angela's 80% of 蔡妈咪's culinary level, mummy's appetite has improved so much and along with it, her energy level has gone up too... 

 her happiness now is having yummilious home-cooked food and having all of us home for dinner... 


28 Feb

didnt go home for two weeks and angela texted to say that cai mummy missed me to the extend till she was crying this morning... 

video called her when i got home from school and she cried after i hung up... see the teary eyes.... awww... 傻妈咪...

Thank you for loving me and still missing me so much when u just didnt see me for 2 weeks.... this is family... this is love... 

be nicer to your parents, you never know when u will just lose the person who loves you unconditional no matter what u have become...

had dinner @ the chuas and upon hubby Ang's request, the whole chuas clan accompanied him to watch this silly movie on netflix just because he wanted to watch this "Only You" scene.... 

he was laughing till so cute la... 

i am wondering if mummy was also laughing at the show or laughing at hubby ang lo.... =P

went reunion dinner shopping @ Sheng Shiong after dinner 

happy to see that Alfred has become an expert at deciphering what mum is trying to say with her limited vocabulary ....  

except for a box of Hello Panda biscuits and a pack of bubble tea mochi, everything else was hand-picked by cai mummy.... she even supervised and gave command to Salomi to make sure that everything in this cart was packed into the fridge and dried food containers according to her system.... 

happy with the list that burnt a $360 hole in my wallet...

took Parental Care Leave to accompany cai mummy to TTSH for her radiotherapy review ... "all's good", proclaimed Dr Leong... =D

medical appointment ended earlier and was less draining than i thought it would be so decided to drop by citibank @ macdonald house only to be shock that the branch has CLOSED!!!...

their maxigain account interest has been dropping every few months in the last 2 years and more significantly so in the beginning of 2020... and with the shutting of branches and covid-19 hitting everywhere and anywhere, i guess i better find other banks safer for my kaching kaching soon soon soon...

one day... one day i will challenge myself to take part in this exhibition too... maybe after being a STAR champion... maybe after i go for my PDL.... maybe after i reached my pay ceiling... maybe after i become an ST... that's quite alot to achieve in the next 17 years before i retire ah.... or maybe i will just quit next term and leave this painful place...
