Managed to finish with the first art package on [Virus and Art] for next week's HBL for art... with the current safety measures and shorter lesson timing for many of my classes due to staggered reporting, recess and dismissal time, i am thinking of just creating SLS style art packages for all levels every week till the kiddos are allowed to move freely and share resources in the art room.

face shield that huishan ordered for the teachers arrived at home sweet home... gonna help distribute to the teachers next tuesday when school reopens... cost $6.90 each
it's angela's hatchday and she was craving for hotpot... and she had to prepare it for the family herself with the help from Salomi... she's the only one who's willing to step into the kitchen... =P

really is surprise... thanks huishan for gifting me 2 bottles of pretty galaxy... these fruit juice from The Juicy Way looks like glitters in a bottle... would my pee be glittery after??? heee....
spent the first half of the day on the bed with the pups as i really didnt know what to do, what to think and what to expect... thoughts just kept circling and circling...

it began as a great day... a year ago today, you came home and said "这次回来就是一辈子了"... i still remembered replying you that it has always been "一辈子" for me since we got married on 2 Jan 2011... i am one who always uphold my promises and my end of any contracts...
work progress was good... discussion with team partner Alison was good... although i have yet to talk to her face to face before as she's a new transfer in just before the circuit breaker, we seems to be able to communicate and work together quite easily... she is super efficient too... i like... =)
mood was good so energy level was high enough to even vacuum the house and wipe the floor... wanted to use the mop but dont know how to... 洪妈妈 had bought such a 'sophisticated' mop that 按也不对, 踩也不对... that's y is WIPE the floor, not mop the floor... i literally used a cloth, squat and kneel on the floor and wiped the tiles one by one... so 洪妈妈 really cannot blame me that i didnt clean the house enough during this circuit breaker period...
happily went grocery shopping at NTUC
and bought my favourite fried chicken wings set & teh peng for dinner...
but clumsy me knocked over my tumbler and spilled more than half of my teh peng... wanna cry!!!
mood was so good for the day that this didnt even upset me... not even when i had to shift and 'flip' this mega stone table around to clean up the whole mess... i even found it hilarious to have to carry the table machiam like a huge dinosaur egg lo...

actually this 又酸又辣的午餐 with cold lemon tea was considered threatening to my tummy on this day 2 but how could i say no to good food packed with so much friendship love so 吃先再打算... =P
spent the rest of the day bugging angela to help me with the CCA video... i am so glad to have talented siblings who are ever so 'willing' to help me with my work... wahahaha

not much appetite ... couldnt think of anything i want to eat even when i had the mood to go grocery shopping... in the end, had prata with ham & cheese omelette and a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows while i watched "Wok of Love"...
told mx i'm on leave from card making liao.... after making 15 designs for "Congrats on your Recovery" and 7 designs for "You are Amazing", i ran out of ideas to the extend that i'm not even pleased with the green & yellow cards that i made today... =S
& lene is AMAZING too.... not only did she contributed 2 well wishes towards the "Congrats on your Recovery" project, she asked her friends to contribute as well and EIGHTEEN of them responded to her plead... a BIG BIG BIG thank you to lene & her friends... =*

not a fantastic day...=S... started with insomnia the sleep before... only managed to fall asleep between 6-7am this morning... so my quest to wake up more normally went awry again and only woke up to mx's text at about 2.30pm .... =S
card making wasn't that successful too... took me super duper long to work out the design for the red one and it's only minimally acceptable... red is just too strong a colour for me to mix & match with ... =S
these cards are for a new project "Special Treats for Super Parents" and yes, i need to collect well wishes for these too...

mx ordered grilled chicken burger with egg, sweet potato fries & bubble tea for me, for me, for me... woohoo!!! no wonder she was so confident that i confirmed will like what she had ordered for me.... heee.... blessed Saturday for my tummy tummy tummy... =D

i slept before 2am yesterday and thought that i would be motivated enough to wake up normally before noon to make the cards but no no no, i woke up close to 1pm... got one hour free play on homescape... so i only got off bed after 2pm...
took lozenges for the mild sore-throat and took some cough syrup as i have been coughing every night.... bad move, got so drowsy that i dozed off on the sofa for another 2 hours +... my day officially started at 5pm... failed once again to get out of bed earlier... abit worried if i can adjust back to having to wake up at 6am soon... =S
decided to make pancakes and used an empty yacult bottle to measure out approx 60ml of milk to add to the pancake mix... hahahaha
first attempt was burnt but still edible ... heee
ham & cheese omelette & pancakes for the meal of the day... =D

on mx's request, i am helping to make 30 of the 220 "Congrats on your Recovery" cards for recovered migrant workers patients of covid-19 at Bright Vision Hospital ...
completed 5 designs today... =)
at the same time, i need to gather 30 well wishes to be written on the cards too...
i wrote 2 so need 28 more... so if you are reading this blog post and would like to contribute, please do so in the comment ... i have until 20 May to compile everything... friends can just whatsapp me your well wishes... =)
happy happy to have a project to motivate me to get out of bed for the next few days and also reduce my netflix time...
rewarded myself with a mini magnum while i watched "Bring it on, Ghost" ... =)
accidentally chanced upon the beauty function of the phone camera and adjusted it from the default 2 to 0 after almost 1 year of using my current phone... wahahaha .... very much prefer this real me look with eye bags, dark eye rings & wrinkles compared to the 'super powdered blur filtered look' in all my previous selfie since last June.... oopx...

Snowy has been bumping into walls, floor fans & cupboard since she was diagnosed with cataract last year... her long fringe is making the bumping more frequent these two weeks... wishing pet grooming to resume business soon soon soon if not the pups are gonna end up with a bowl cut fringe by yours truly soon soon soon liao ...
好乱又好臭的小胖！... this one is even more desperately in need of grooming.... i had to wash her butt butt on almost a daily basis now.... =S

finally used the cooker which mx bought for me for the first pot of rice ever cooked in home sweet home....
is really anyhow anyhow cook... steam fishballs, hotdog & ham while the rice is being cooked... then cut them into smaller pieces and mixed together with the rice together with 2 eggs... add soy sauce, sesame oil + pepper to taste....
good enough for me to finish the whole pot... heee
lene was worried that i may not have dinner and ordered this for me... just nice for supper as i started on my next korean drama "Because this is my First Life"
