but first breakfast... the 三姐妹 (butter, kaya & peanut butter) toast and fried boneless chicken mee rebus @ Roast & Coffee were both 👍👍👍, the teh could afford to be sweeter though... the icing on the cake was that the cafe was just opposite Hiap Joo Bakery...
friendly staff saw us peeping in at 6.55am and sold me two boxes of their famous banana cake, which many many people had raved to me about, even though the official opening time is at 7.30am...

bumped into YK, one of my graduated baobeis, on the way home... one of only 2 who were stuck with me as their FT for their whole 6 years in primary school... so happy to hear that he's now more self - disciplined & motivated in his studies, he's in the basketball school team and he's working towards the business course in poly...

such a blessing to bump into Miss Wu with an extra doughnut to 施舍 to my 可怜 tummy when i had to stay back to create work unexpectedly...
时间不三不四 after work was completed... had made arrangement to meet xy & vv for dinner so if i would to go home, nua 不到两小时就又得出门了 so decided to stay all the way and used the time to prep for the next few weeks of work instead...
finally 到点出发... google map told me that the train ride to Bugis and the walk to Bugis only differs by 5 minutes... since weather was okay, i was in comfy enough shoes, i walked the 2.2km... 💪💪💪
very yummilicious QQ ramen @ Ume San 100 followed by equally yummilicious dessert @ Yat Ka Yan, fortune centre with my favourite fyp mates, the most knowledgeable people to talk to with regards to the current tax galore situation...
as the night was still young after dessert, we even convened to 24hr xin wang to continue our chits & chats...😍😍😍

Asti has been a great help since she joined us last year... mum luvs her and we appreciate her so valid reason to have a nice halal dinner @ Bumbu Restaurant to celebrate Hari Raya with her... 蔡妈咪 luvs the Peranakan deco and was taking in all the sights like a 好奇宝宝...
brought Asti to Sultan Mosque to look see look see, take pics before my ridiculous journey home > so tired was i that i boarded the wrong bus... supposed to take bus 107M towards home sweet home but ended up on bus 100 that took me back at Vivocity... 😅😅😅

dessert with mx @ Lantine... rave review online (really cannot trust seh) but the souffle literally and figuratively fell flat... didnt seemed like there were 3 layers, more of 2 layers squashed together & not fluffy at all 😖😖😖... had much much better ones at Hoshino & Typhoon
then to dinner @ Genki to enjoy members' discount of 20%.. 😍😍😍
PAM 偷偷摸摸 兵分两路 from work then met up @ city square mall to cab to causeway to enjoy our 2D1N 吃吃 喝喝 shop & massage stayca in JB which was initiated and executed within 2 weeks...

@ my favourite Bangkok Spa, Taman Sentosa....shiok shiok!!! found out that i 越老越怕死; used to enjoy all the twists & bends & swings & crack here and there by the masseur, now i will request for gentle handling and say no to neck crackling!!!

first time so excited over a cat cos it's just so pretty & fluffy!!! but there's still the fear of it suddenly scratching / biting me... trauma from Alfred's stray kitten that he picked home from long long ago seh...
a quick hyee - bye to XP's cats then off we went for a dip & swim in the pool... it was such a relaxing hour plus just lazing in the water with no sun, no crowd & no other noise except from our endless chatters... 😂😂😂

these two did all the cooking but it was also my first time having to help with a bbq set-up & prep cos there was just the 3 of us... 😂😂😂
