After one and a half years of conceptualizing & procrastination, it's finally happening!!! 

 been listening to jeo and hf excitedly chirping about their home purchase respectively since sept 2024... tagged along to one of their reno consults, went furniture viewing with them in JB oct 2024 and also mattresses testing in Feb 2025... make me so 心痒痒 till i also wanna do an update on home sweet home...

happily 'morphing' home sweet home 3.0 in my head!!! 

as of today (10 Mar 2026), i wanna / i have :

All Areas : 

• polish marble flooring (quote $1700 by Stamford)
• patching + a new coat of paint (quote $1730 by Primecoat )
• remove aircon units + compressor + built-in (quote $1000 by Primecoat) 
• update switches placement quote $500 by Primecoat)

Living Room : 

• room 3 whiteboard (180cm) to work area
• remove wall shelves, tv console, big-S tv, door bell, magnetic door stopper, curtain rods 
• room 1 cabinet as tv console  
• swop work area with massage chair (done - Apr'25)
• new work chair @ $46.66 (bought - Apr'25) 

• rainbow door mat for main & toilet doorway @ $7.83 each (bought - May'25)

• new lights @ $53.36 each (bought - Jan'25)

• 2 + 1 sofa set @ $865 + $739 (bought - Jun '25)  

• sofa covers @ $52.87 (bought - Jun '25) 

• move current shoe bench out and gotten a new shoe rack for free

Bedroom 1 : 

• remove mirror & divider
• remove wardrobe 
• remove unnecessary tv point & land line point 
• level down / up the 2 plug points 
• split king bed frame into 2, move 1 into room 2 
• change to single light system

Bedroom 2 : 

• remove big whiteboard 

Bedroom 3 :

• new bedframe & mattress @ $298.08 

• window curtains 
• remove half cabinets & main ceiling light 
• install hanging lights for dressing area @ $67.34 (bought - Jan'26)

• grey furry carpet at full length mirror area 
• dressing area curtain

• exchange white & metal assist bars btw the toilets 
• living room lights to kitchen + align into a straight line
• change window handles  
• buy microwave @ $56.41 (bought - Oct '25)  

Toilet : 

• gear up common toilet (cutely)
