Claire was in an ecstatic mood for completing her 4th & final PSLE 陪读 with an AL5, she treated us dinner @ SOT and bought us Lucia brownies... 😍😍😍

the day ended with LC & Cyn treating dessert @ Ice & Time... everyone is in a generous mood cos holiday lo!!!

happy happy to have the opportunity to chit chat with YL before she embarks on her next phase of career... All the best!!!

spent 3.5 hours of my life travel to & fro NIE today for a full day CCE HeART workshop... lucky to be in a class facilitated by an efficient teacher and collaborative table-mates that resulted in a good one hour earlier dismissal than our next door... heee

a mrt station right smack between NTU & NIE is being built so the iconic linking bridge where we used to wait for either bus 199 or 179 that comes from opposite side of the road is GONE!!!

感慨啊 ! 感慨啊 !... my first study in NTU was in Aug 2000, 'witnessed' the completion of the NIE campus construction and had complained about having to squeeze with nie students in the buses when this 'new' campus started operation in Dec 2000...

then i became a student of nie, once in 2006 for ems training and once more in 2013 for art training... wahahahaha

this pic popped up in fb memory today; such a coincidence that 9 years ago today, mx & i were also enjoying a meal together; a farewell meal @ Wild Honey before she embarked on a 4 month voyage with Peace Boat !!!

i also wanna travel the world on Peace Boat, but as a participant!!! hmmmm, possible in 2031 ?!?!?! celebrate my 50th hatch year!!! 😂😂😂

mich saw how much luv i had for her 招财猫 mousey and offered to exchange it with me as i had agreed to help her cat-sit her 3 kitties for 3 weeks next month... woah!!! 真的是好人有好报 and i 脸皮厚厚的接受了她的善意... 😍😍😍

boarded the bus and couldnt locate my card holder which housed my ezlink card & school access card... hmmm... why?!?!??! did i leave it on the floor when i wore my shoes??? i remember holding it as i leave the house leh!!!... heng, could pay using credit card...

"Hi, are you candy? Did u drop ur ez link pass?" received a text from an unknown number @ 8.22am... "You're both in the group AM39GE" was in the heading...

哇靠!!! 我真的是走了狗屎运!!!... national duty colleague Jan saw it on the corridor outside #01-743 and suspected it could be mine since i'm the only Candy she knows in this neighbourhood... so nice & so smart of her!!! 😍😍😍

这两天的好运会延续到 toto day 吗?!?!??! 😂😂😂

water heater knob popped out / dislodged / cracked / burst... dont know what's the correct word to describe the damage but water was just gushing and splashing through the crack non-stop... took me at least 25 minutes of testing out this valve, that valve, in this toilet, in that toilet, outside the house to finally found THE one that could shut the water supply off...

at the same time, was texting P to inform him of the need to apply for emergency leave and so nice of him to suggest time-off for me if i could make it back... then had to inform relief team to allocate someone to take over my job... super heng i didnt have many classes today and that i had relief work prepared for tmr's LJ that could be used today!!! .... it's really a heng day despite the chaos!!!

救星 arrived 1.5 hours later, 'paid' for his help with a cup of tea, 2 bottles of cough syrup and 3 bottles of chicken of essence for his wife... 😅😅😅

was back at work for my last class and had lunch with the 2021 P4 chers at a great HDL-TikTok deal...

and they reminded me of the singsaver deal that was gifting out iPad for credit card application!!! Mich had told me about this deal 2 Fridays ago and i forgot about it!!! immediately 下单 on my first hsbc credit card upon reaching home... 😂😂😂
