i'm so 'smart' that i messed up my own hatchday celebration with the nies ladies !!! i had googled for interesting eating venues and 3-of-Cups caught my attention with its in-house tarot reading... we were chatting about fengshui last month during Mab's hatchday lunch so i tot this would be an interesting continuation... glanced through its menu online yet didnt register that all that are available are finger food and alcoholic drinks... no wonder Mab texted that she never knew that i was into drinking... it still didnt register when Laurice said that she wouldnt be driving... 😂😂😂
thinking it was a cool & happening restaurant with aircon, we were dressed prettily in long pants, dresses or wool... horror oh horror 1, we were led to an outdoor table and horror oh horror 2, none of us could find any suitable food &/or drink to order for dinner from its menu that consisted of ONLY 酒 & 下酒菜... 😔😔😔
apologised profusely for my blunder and off we went in search for a suitable venue to eat & chill for the night... 东问问, 西问问, all the indoor seating of nice restaurants in Haji lane were packed... we finally settled for an outdoor seating @ The Malayan Council based on Mab's recommendation...
i proclaimed that The Malayan Council is THE MOST GENEROUS restaurant in the world !!! We ordered 3 mains, 5 drinks and 2 cakes. They gifted us a side, a bottle of alcohol-free champagne and 2 cakes!!! 😱😱😱
feel so very blessed, very much loved & abit pretty tonight... heee
