First stop : Penguin Cove - the only aircon enclosure
didnt know penguins can be this fluff too...
penguins are so weird... seemed to want to dive into the water yet walk here (여기 - yeo gi), walk there (거기 - geo gi) repeatedly 就是不跳进去... 😅😅😅
this baby (아기 - a gi) penguin beanie @ the gift shop is so cute (귀여운 - gwi yeo un)... i like (좋아요 - joh a yo)
it's wheelchair accessible throughout the park (공원 - gong won) with lifts and boardwalks everywhere... even the free shuttle is wheelchair accessible too... 😍😍😍
great service and very safe!!!... doesnt matter that it's a less than 2 minute ride to a distance of 250m away only...
蔡妈咪 had a mini fright and immediately held her pendent in her palm when i showed her this cute (귀여운 - gwi yeo un) sign and told her that she had to protect her gold necklace and earrings as some birds (새 - sae) might snatched them away... 😂😂😂
The other 8 enclosures are outdoor with almost invisible safety nets high high above to prevent the birds (새 - sae) from escaping and at the same time doesnt cause claustrophobia...
had fun spotting the birds here (여기 - yeo gi), there (거기 - geo gi), everywhere...
also had fun calling this emu > Emmanuel No... it must had been so annoyed with Angela and I if it understood why (왜 - wae)... 😂😂😂
mega luv the aircon resting halls after each enclosure... not only because it provided much relieve from the sun but it also features interesting facts of the many many species of birds in the park (공원 - gong won) and around the world...

although we didnt take note of the show time, we just happened to be at the right place @ the right time & met the right person (사람 - sa ram) who directed us to the right place @ the right time, we managed to watch both shows... 😍😍😍Wings of the World
Predators on Wings
the amphitheater is the walked down kind with the wheelchair parking lots right at the top... this means 蔡妈咪 had to sit (앉다 - anj da) furthest away from the stage... much preferred the set up @ the River Wonder and Singapore Zoo where we had first row seats... 😅😅😅
it's Easter Season so the park is decorated with these cute & colourful eggs & egg birdies...
took part in the Eggs-change digital egg hunt that got us walking around the park almost twice in search of 5 digital Easter Eggs (qr code). Tiring but my kind of fun (재미있는 - jae mi iss neun)...
had to complete word (단어 - dan eo) search, camouflaging colouring, colouring by numbers, unscramble the letters, spot the differences, match the eggs to their mother birdies in order to win an exclusive Easter Pin for my bag (가방 - ga bang)...
this toucan (read: 2 can) design pin initially belonged to Angela whom very very sisterly - lovingly exchanged with me cos i no like the cockatoo design pin that i initially received... Angela says 自己的姐姐, 自己宠... awwww 😘😘😘
