To Hanoi (again)

this trip made me realized that 原来早早买SQ飞机票也可以是便宜的哦... just because we confirmed this trip in February, this SQ flight to & fro Hanoi only cost me $266 while my tigerair ticket back in 2016 cost $336.42 per pax lo...

met up with travel kakis and off we went in search to 打卡 at all 3 attractions at Terminal 2;

this is my first self-paid SQ flight oh... previous SQ flights were all work trips... the 4 of us bought our own tickets separately, checked-in separately, seated separately (woohoo!!! my 4th 'solo' flight!!! 😂😂😂)...

very blessed to be assigned seat #48B at the emergency row... space so big, my tiny feet couldnt even touch the front seat... wahahaha

i very much prefer this new, more environmental friendly meal concept... no need to dirty my hands to remove the aluminum foil anymore + it's so convenient to hold the box in one hand to eat the content using the very much lighter bamboo utensil in the dominant hand while having my eyes glued to the screen... 😂😂😂

Horror oh horror !!! wanted to watch something but found out that my attention span was so short that i couldn't sit through more than 20 minutes of any show that was available... i really need to do something about my video addictions... 😓😓😓

arrived at 6.15pm, hanoi time...

booked private transfer from Viator @ USD$16 (S$21.60)... for the reason that driver would pick us from arrival lobby... this saved us the hassle of having to communicate and coordinate with the cab / grab driver who may not speak English or get where our hotel exact location is... and most importantly, the driver would track our flight and wait if we had a flight delay and indeed we had, for about 45 minutes lo... 😡😡😡

we reached our stay; Somerset Grand Hanoi (SGH 😅) @ S$160 /night within 45 minutes...
