Started the day with an early dinner with Xinying and Vivian at &made at pacific plaza ...
it's a 3 michelin - starred restaurant by Bruno Menard... know nuts about all these big names though it reminded me of

3 little pigs - pork burger for xinying...the patty is red (machiam like rare beef) but it called for no worries ...we checked with the waiter and he said that the food was cooked using a (some cheem name) method such that the food retains its initial succulent and taste.... simply said, it's cooked la although it dosen look like it..... |

anyway, i had the chilli crab toastoo...which is a toasted crepe filled with chilli crab.... it's a unique combination... very singaporean... but i still prefer eating crab meat off a crab.... =P |
