Day 3 of Turkiye : Hot Air Balloon over Cappadocia

Had to wake up @ 4am for the sunrise Hot Air Balloon experience!!!

excited us were the first two at the meeting point for pick up at 4.35am... a 15 minute van ride and we were there & there for our hot air balloon experience!!!... thank weather god for no strong wind... 🙏🙏🙏

the only excitement from this experience was having this man dashing out of that speeding vehicle towards me (cos i was at this edge of the basket), launching himself onto my side of the basket to weigh it down for landing... 😂😂😂

was presented with this flight cert... for?!?!?! 😂😂😂

cost usd$280 (S$379.45) / pax... experience was 'ma ma deh' only, nothing really fantastic... it was very peaceful up in the hot air balloon, maybe bcos everyone was just taking in the sights in their own corner of the basket... the higher we went, the smaller everything was... though there were many many hot air balloons up here, there, everywhere in the air around us, they just ended up looking like stagnant dots scattered across the sky... 😁😁😁 

we were back in the hotel by 7am... changed, made-up, nua abit, Angela found a good spot & angle to take pretty pic

then we headed for breakfast at 8.15am... 

tour guide shared that food in Turkiye is only for survival... this was what i had for breakfast from the hotel's BUFFET spread... 😭😭😭... Turkish people really dont know how to enjoy life with food seh... 

belongs to the hotel and the only cat on this trip that deserved my attention cos it's super manja...
